Ah Cartoon Network, you never fail to amuse me with your utter incompetence. As a creature of habit, I tune in at 9:00 AM to get my Green Lantern the Animated Series and Young Justice cartoon fixes. The on screen guide clearly says Green Lantern and Young Justice will be on. Yet, no Green Lantern, as the show has been pulled for this week.
Words fail me how much Cartoon Network has utterly failed in their handling of Young Justice since the beginning. The weird scheduling in the first season, and now this little mishap. Green Lantern was fairly new, and likely not going to get any more episodes to begin with. So yeah, for those of us who were wondering why there is no DC Nation, Cartoon Network was showing their incompetence once again.
So, no reviews this week unfortunately, but hey there's still Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, with a Chuck Norris lookalike. And Ultimate Spider-Man on Sunday, for those of us who are still watching the show.
It remains to be seen how permanent the change was. Naturally if these episodes air elsewhere, there be piracy, matey. And Cartoon Network only has themselves to blame for that.
