It would be hard to be a child growing up in the 80s and 90s and not hear of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Turtlemania was sweeping the nation during that point. In 1992, one of the greatest beat em up games in history were released, involving the Ninja Turtles for the SNES. Originally an Arcade Game, many people still believe to this day that this is the best Ninja Turtles video game ever made and perhaps the best beat em up, action game ever made. I'm of course referring to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time.
