We have finally reached the moment, where Ultimate Spider-Man will be premiering on Disney XD as part of the Marvel Animated Block, Marvel's answer it seems to the DC Nation block. Ultimate Spider-Man premiers with the first two episodes, on April 1st 2012, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.

A year is a long time but that is about how long that Peter Parker has been Spider-Man. He is invited by Nick Fury, the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D to join the super secret organization for training.
