Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes Episode 37 Infiltration Review

As always, there will be spoilers for Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes Season 3 Episode 11 Infiltration.

Episode Synopsis

Ms. Marvel begins this episode by tracking an alien ship right to Earth which crashes in Wakanda, and contains what appears to be the Avengers, who claim that they had been imprisoned ever since the events of the end of Season 1. They claim that the Skrulls are going to invade Wakanda, for the Vibranium deposits right there.

It may be confusing to see that when he is supposed to be in Wakanda, Tony Stark is working at his lab, trying to track down the Skrulls. He has not changed out of his armor, answered his clothes, or bathed for two weeks. Doctor Doom shows up and appears to engage Iron Man in battle. However, Doctor Doom has developed a key to see any Skrull for what they truly were.

Nick Fury meanwhile, learns of the Hulk being arrested, which is news to him. He also slowly pieces together the truth, as he looks at some of the potentially suspicious actions that Captain America has done in recent memory.

The Black Panther and his army meets "the Avengers" in Wakanda, as the two sides do battle. The real Hawkeye and Wasp show up, to make it clear that this Avengers group is nothing but a phony front. The faux Avengers appear to be beaten, but the Skrull posing as Iron Man laughs, saying that they didn't really win anything, the Skrulls are invading, and the planet Earth will be there's by divine right as it states in the Skrull Prophecy. What's worst as they still do not know who you trust.

As Fury prepares to give Captain America the news, Queen Veranke, under the guise of Mockingbird attacks, knocking out Quake, Black Widow, and Fury, and also uploading a virus into Tony's Iron Man armor, which causes Iron Man to fail. The invasion reaches its final step.

Episode Review

That was another amazing episode right in a season of great hits, which makes me even more enraged about the direction that Marvel Animation is going after this show. Which is about as much direction as a blind man with no legs.

This episode had a slight mind screw involving the Avengers show up and for the briefest second, you wonder could they have, but after that brief second, it is easy to piece everything right together. Some really epic fight scenes right during this Avengers episode.

Obviously, you can't really get anything past Nick Fury for long, who begins to piece together the rather suspicious actions of Captain Ameri-Skrull over the past few episodes.

Doctor Doom is beneath direct conflict. It is rather fits Doom to a tee.

Rather great ending that makes you want to keep watching more.

Final Thoughts and Rating
