Amazing Spider-Man 682 will be coming out. 2012 should be a good year for Spider-Man overall, with the new Ultimate-Spider-Man television show and the Amazing Spider-Man movie. Not to mention that he is going to be around for fifty years this year. But how will he stack up when it is all said and done with what brought him to the dance? Let's find out in this preview of the latest Amazing Spider-Man Issue 682, which can be in your hands, this Wednesday, March 21st 2012.
Amazing Spider-Man 682 Ends of the Earth Part 1 Preview.
This is the next big Spider-Man event according to those in charge. Got to love the enthusiasm of Marvel Comics sometimes, and their sense of hyperbole. Of course it isn't as much hyperbole if this issue and all others in this event tend to be the one that holds up well. But that is the beside the point, this is the point. Amazing Spider-Man 682 will be the first issue of the epic, giant sized, out of this world, Ends of the Earth event. With hype like that, the casual comic book readers will be chomping at the bit so mission accomplished.
It also features the return of a good pal, Doctor Octopus. Doc Ock's latest design has been quite the subject of debate on the World Wide Web. Ock has been around fifty years. As Marvel states, this is the story that we've been waiting fifty years ago. Quite an accomplishment given that I don't know how many fifty year olds plus are reading comic books these days.
Regardless Doc Ock is a man on the edge. He has nothing to lose and anything to gain. Those tend to be the most dangerous types of foes, true believers. What can Spider-Man do to stop the deadly Doctor Octopus? Part one of the biggest, most impressive Spider-Man event of 2012, Ends of the Earth, will be hitting news stands. As we wonder what will happen, I think that we are just waiting as fans to see what happens.
One more time, for those who might have missed it, you can get the first part of the epic Ends of the World event, Amazing Spider-Man 682 on March 21st 2012. And believe it or not, its only $3.99. Which is finally less than a gallon of gas. But for how long?
