Thor Corps Issue 3 Review

We are going to take a look at the Thor Corps Volume 1 Issue 3, as we reach right into the Really Big Comic Book Box of Doom. In this issue, all of reality is rather getting torn apart by Demonstaff. The only person who could handle his ultimate power is in fact the Mighty Thor himself.

The Thor Corps Volume 1 Issue 3 Review

The Thor Corps Volume 1 Issue 3 was released by Marvel Comics with a cover date of November 1993 and titled "Ravaged By Reality". Thor Corps 3 is written by Tom DeFalco, penciled by Pat Olliffe, Inked by Romeo Tanghai, Colored by George Roussos, and Lettered by John Workman.

The Thor Corps is a rather fascinating concept, albeit one that I have not really delved right into, prior to reading this issue. With that fact in mind, the Thor Corps contains Beta Ray Bill, thus making it a pretty awesome read all together.

Reality is being ripped apart by a villain named Demonstaff, who is bitter because he was betrayed, so he decides to really wreck all of reality, to gain some form of satisfaction. Reality gets thorn apart, which really is an excuse to showcase a metric ton of cameos and perhaps also sell some comic books by giving people a taste of those characters.

Including Spider-Man of 2099 and the Guardians of Galaxy, among other characters. Everything is insane.

The Thor Corps actually have to summon the power of the actual Thor, who is not actually a part of them until this issue. But now he is, due to the fact that they have to summon the almighty God of Thunder. Thor shows up, in about the epic fashion that one would expect. And there is the point where the Thor Corps 3 ends. Well it left me wanting more, but not disappointed, so that's a good sign, isn't it?

Overall I rather enjoyed the Thor Corps 3. If you see it floating around somewhere, you can do far worse than adding it in your comic book collection.
