It is now time to reach right into the
really big comic book box of Doom and pull out another comic book to
review. In this issue, we have Robin Volume 4 Issue 9. Things are
back on track, with Bruce Wayne back on the saddle right as Batman.
Now if only things were that simple right in Tim Drake's personal
life.
Robin Volume 4 Issue 9 Review
Robin volume 4
Issue 9 was released by DC Comics with a cover date of August 1994
and titled "The Triumph. Robin Issue 9 was written by Chuck
Dixon, Penciled by Tom Grummett, Inked by Ray Kryssing, Colored by
Adrienne Roy, and Lettered by Albert DeGuzman.
In other books,
since Robin Issue 8, Bruce Wayne is back as Batman. The price of
which he is back as Batman is something that will not be quite
realized. However, he is right back in action and things are just
right to go back down to business, with Azbats down and traditional
Batman back.
Of course, while
crime never sleeps, never does the personal drama of a teenage, as we
get a little bit of that for Tim Drake. Given the intense stuff that
has been going on right throughout this book...well break from
insanity might not really be the right word, but is most certainly a
change of pace. Yeah change of pace
Of course, at the
museum, we see the Dynamic Duo reunite. After around a year our time,
and perhaps several months, things are about as back to normal as
Batman and Robin foil a crime. Or at least about as normal as they
ever will be in Gotham City. Take that as you will.
This issue fades,
business as usual having resumed. Not the most essential issue for
your collections for sure. Although it was not a bad issue, more like
a transitional issue really. Take that of what you rather wish.
